General Terms

1. Product Specifications:
   Siddharth Steel Furniture ensures that all product descriptions, images, and dimensions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color, design, or measurements may occur due to manufacturing processes or display settings.

2. Order Placement:
   Orders can be placed online, via phone, or in-store. Once an order is placed, it is deemed final and cannot be modified without prior communication and approval from Siddharth Steel Furniture.

3. Pricing and Payment:

   • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
   • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash (for in-store purchases).

4. Customization:
   Custom-made furniture orders will require an advance payment of at least 50% of the total cost. Once production begins, customization orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Delivery Policy:

   • Siddharth Steel Furniture provides delivery services within specified regions. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated during the purchase process.
   • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Inspection and Acceptance:
   Customers are advised to inspect all products upon delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Warranty and Returns

1. Warranty:
   Siddharth Steel Furniture offers a limited warranty on specific products, covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty period will be specified for each product.

   • Misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

2. Returns:

   • Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they arrive damaged or defective.
   • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval by Siddharth Steel Furniture.

Limitation of Liability

Siddharth Steel Furniture is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
